  • Qatar Mobile Repair Services Program is a special collaboration activity to support tourist customers by providing free device collection and delivery for Samsung mobile products (local and international customers). Offer is only available to Qatar online customers who register with the following link.
  • The Offer is only available to Qatar online customers who register with the following link: https://qatarmobile.qa/service-center/samsung-authorized-service-center/ in the State of Qatar from the 01st November 2022 up to the 31st of November 2022 (“Offer Period”).
  • Free Pickup and Delivery services are available in selected Major Hotels, Retail Channels, and Restaurant groups.
  • The collection and delivery turnaround time is up to two days, and repair time varies depending on the availability of parts.
  • Overseas models with operator custom models not covered in this program, those phones we can only provide minor accessory support.
  • Payments – Customers can pay repair / purchase cost as credit card or cash on delivery.
  • Data Loss – This program doesn’t guarantee any personal data. Customers need to ensure proper back up before proceeding.
  • Customers can purchase Samsung genuine accessories through online. https://qatarmobile.qa/service-center/samsung-authorized-service-center/  and showroom visits.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future promotions.
  • Qatar Mobile will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the purchase and/or use of this Offer or the inability to use this Offer during the Offer Period.
  • There is no warranty for out-of-warranty repair jobs.
